PayGhor is a rent, invoice, and service charge management platform designed for property owners, tenants, and administrators to manage financial and operational activities in a structured way.

Payments and Transactions
- PayGhor may integrate with third-party payment gateways
- We do not store full card or banking details
- All transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment providers
- Users are responsible for verifying all payment records and invoices
Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the system is accurate, including:
- Rent amounts
- Tenant details
- Property information
- Service charge entries
We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect data entry.
Subscription and Fees
Some features of PayGhor may be offered under paid plans. If applicable:
- Fees will be clearly communicated before purchase
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PayGhor if:

You may also delete your account at any time.

- Absolute accuracy of financial reports generated by users

All content, branding, design, and software related to PayGhor are the property of Pakiza Software Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse without permission.
